Generally when I hear BB, my first thought is BB gun! However in the beauty world…BB means Beauty Balm. BB cream was created in the early 1950’s by a dermatologist to protect her patients’ skin after surgery.

BB cream is known as a Skin Perfector. Beauty Balm helps blur imperfections, enhances, brightens, evens out skin tone, Hydrates, has SPF, and has 0% oil and heavy ingredients.

With all these goodies packed into one tube, how could I not pick it up! Therefore, I picked up Maybelline’s Dream Fresh BB an 8 in 1 Beauty Balm with SPF 30. Maybelline’s Dream Fresh BB comes in 5 different shades from light to deep, if you can’t find the right shade you can always mix and match to get the perfect color! This little 8 in 1 will set you back anywhere from $7.50-$8.99 depending on where you live.

Maybelline’s BB cream is lightweight; left my face feeling soft, smooth and evens out my skin tone. BB cream is great for a day time look, whether you’re going to spend some time on the beach or heading to the mall… Just throw on the BB cream & out the door you go! If you’re a simple girl, who doesn’t like wearing much make up, I would highly recommend the BB cream, as it’s quick, lightweight, and easy to use.
